for $72, you will receive an 8 week training plan in the form of an emailed training schedule including daily workouts from April 21st until race day (6/15). *
for $50, you will receive a 4 week training plan in the form of an emailed training schedule including daily workouts from May 19 through race day (6/15). *
These schedules are designed for the beginner triathlete with a basic minimal fitness level.
The training plans will help you prepare for the mini-tri by including recommendations for training an appropriate amount of time in each sport each week...AND it will help you by scheduling those workouts into daily plans.
Each package includes email correspondence with boulderTRIATHLON coaches to help with your training questions.
