You will receive an emailed training schedule including daily workouts leading up to race day (maximum of 12 weeks included in the package) prepared by boulderTRIATHLON coaches. This schedule is designed for the beginner triathlete with a basic minimal fitness level.
It will help you prepare for the mini-tri by including recommendations for training an appropriate amount of time in each sport each week...AND it will help you by scheduling those workouts into daily plans.
